Venison Rice Meat Balls

  • 1 lb. venison; ground
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 cup rice; uncooked
  • 1 onion; chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce

Mix meat, rice, onion, sugar, parmesan and seasonings. Make into balls and saute until brown in oil. Pour sauce over the mixture and bake 2 1/2 hrs. at 325 degrees. Add water as needed.
