- bacon fat
- ground venison
- onion soup mix
Add bacon fat to the ground venison.
Mix with onion soup mix (1 packet per pound of meat) for more flavor.
Cook as you would hamburger – saute, broil, or grill. Be sure not to over-cook as this will dry out your game meat.
