Venison Meat Loaf #2

  • 2 lbs. ground venison
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 3/4 cup bacon fat
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. ground pork; (80% lean)
  • 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1 med. onion
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano; (optional)

Mix all ingredients except the spaghetti sauce. Place in a loaf pan Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Cover with spaghetti sauce and serve.
