- 2 lbs. moose round steak; diced
- fat; for frying
- 20 oz. cream of mushroom soup
- 10 oz milk
- 1/4 cup onion; chopped
Brown steak in fat in frying pan, season to taste with salt and pepper. Combine steak, soup, milk and onions in casserole.
Bake at 350 F for 1 hour. Serve over cooked rice if desired.
