Moose Stroganoff

  • 2 lbs. moose round steak; diced
  • fat; for frying
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 20 oz. cream of mushroom soup
  • 10 oz milk
  • 1/4 cup onion; chopped

Brown steak in fat in frying pan, season to taste with salt and pepper. Combine steak, soup, milk and onions in casserole.

Bake at 350 F for 1 hour. Serve over cooked rice if desired.
